Favorite Units I Painted in 2023

Well this should be easy to list and I will do it in chronological order as I had an abbreviated plan this year due to Operat Big Move.

1. Second unit of Pashtun Shooters using Perry Miniatures Hard plastics mounted for The Men Who Would be Kings.

2. Third unit of Pashtun/Afghan Tribal Infantry (The 3rd (The Mad Mullah's Own) Afridi Musketeers) using Perry Miniatures Hard Plastics mounted for The Men Who Would be Kings.

3. The 1st Battalion, Gordon Highlanders using metal Perry Miniatures mounted for The Men Who Would be Kings (are we seeing a pattern here?).

4. Hard plastic Necrons from Games Workshop.

5. My second unit of Tribal Infantry (the up close and personal guys) using Perry Miniatures Hard Plastics mounted for The Men Who Would be Kings.

I have purchased most of the figures that I am going to paint in 2024 so get ready for the plan sometime after New Years!

    1. Thank you. They have their work cut out for them when they show up as reinforcements for the Field Force when the Northwest Frontier Rebellion breaks out in 2024.

    1. Thanks Ray. I have had more fun with the hard plastic Perry Afghan Tribesman over the last two years than just about any other set. They are a well done box with great ways to convert figures and make vignettes. Thanks again.
